Reservation Assistance

 

Please click on the restaurant links on the left to view the restaurant location and menus
(some menus are pre-fixed).

 

After viewing the restaurant options, click on the Register Here link to select your

top three restaurant choices.  Reservation availability is on a first come, first serve basis.

Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive an email confirming your reservation

time and location.  Should someone in your party need a vegetarian or gluten free menu option,

please indicate this request in the special requirements section on the dinner reservation form.

 

Ground transportation to and from the Hilton Buena Vista Palace will be provided. Confirmation of your departure time from the resort, will be included in your restaurant reservation confirmation email.

 

As a reminder, you will be permitted to expense up to $75 per person, inclusive of tax and gratuity.   Meals should be expensed through AZER using the following expense codes:

If you choose to make your own reservation, you still need to click the Register Here link on the left and select the Decline Reservation as "No Reservations Needed".

 

Please note all reservations must be made by Wednesday, December 21, XXXX.  In the event that you would like to change or cancel your reservation, please contact Karen Acosta at kacosta@hello-dmc.com.  Note that any changes and cancellations may be subject to cancellation penalties.
